Blake Museum Refit
We were asked by The Admiral Blake Museum in Bridgwater to assist them in this years re-fit of the Bygonnes and Maritime Exhibits.

The existing structures were retained and new cupboard doors, unique to each opening were individually fitted throughout. This was finished off with end panels and trims. Keyed alike locking systems were also added to all the new doors to provide some much needed secure storage.

The pictures showing the window shutters match up with the existing hand plained panels with arched tops. A difficult effect to achieve, but as you can see in the final finish worth the effort when matching traditional craftmanship.

Not only were the shutters matched but also the shutter boxes. We allowed for bespoke cutters to replicate existing moulding details to blend in with the existing joinery.
